Woodinville Rotary grants FOTHR $1,000 for STEM campers

The Woodinville Rotary, has just announced it will grant $1,000 to help GTS STEM Environmental Challenge summer campers in need of funds to obtain matching tuition.  In addition, funds will be used to help development of GTS's cutting edge curriculum, which is merging STEM principles with outdoor environmental research. The goal is to show campers how what we do on the ground affects the health of Puget Sound using Science, Tech, Engineering and Math practices.  The camp also features the use of JHS and HS student mentors who  will help the campers master the challenges in this exciting pilot camp.
