Russell Family Foundation Awards FOTHR $10K for pilot summer program!!

The Russell Family Foundation announced that the Friends of the Hidden River would be receiving a $10,000 grant. The grant will be used to create a one week pilot STEM summer program at the Brightwater Environmental Education and Community Center.

FOTHR and King County Host Educator Sneak Preview

Forty five local educators from 6 major school districts attended the Sneak Preview of the Center today. The educators went on tours that included a walk through of the Center and short hike into the North Forty Native Protection area of the park.
